Meet Diane…
A Massachusetts native, I currently live on the Shoreline in CT, blogging and writing mere steps from Long Island Sound. I have worn many hats in my life: daughter, wife, mother, nurse, attorney, and most importantly - friend. My husband, Kent, has been my sweetheart since I was 16, and we just celebrated our 46th wedding anniversary. I have two lovely daughters, who’ve married amazing men, and we are blessed with four grandchildren. I love to write, obviously, as this is my third blog, and my journals go back to when I was 9 years old. I also enjoy cooking, knitting, quilting, and hanging out on the beach. I want to enjoy gardening, but that usually wanes sometime around mid-July when it gets hot and sticky and the weeds mock me from the flower beds. (It’s a years-long battle, and the weeds always win). I hope you’ll be joining me in my reflections on living the Simply Sacred Life.
